Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment in which our clients can explore and make progress on their problems. More specifically, it is a process through which a person works both in and out of session to grow, heal, and achieve specific treatment goals. Therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length and are based on a highly individualized treatment plan that is tailored to the identified needs and goals of the client. Therapy typically lasts between 12-16 sessions, but may be longer based on the complexity of the presenting issues and commitment to the treatment process.

Group Therapy
Aspire Behavioral Health provides several therapy group options (currently delivered via telehealth) based on the needs and preferences of our clients. Based on the type of group, it may be closed enrollment (one cohort begins and completes together) or open enrollment (individuals may join a group that is already in progress). Many people prefer groups because they often involve processing among group members which can lead to additional perspectives and insights and a decreased sense of isolation. Please contact us to discuss currently available group options.
Couples Therapy
Successful relationships require an ongoing investment of time, attention, and effort. For a variety of reasons, some relationship bonds become strained or weakened causing emotional distance, increased conflict, and general dissatisfaction. Learning skills to help renew bonds, resolve conflict, and enhance relationship satisfaction are achievable goals through couples therapy.
Ideally, couples will not wait until there is a catastrophic event in the relationship before seeking help. In fact, many couples wait too long to seek professional help for their relationship. So long as both members of the couple remain committed to the relationship, it is possible that damage can be repaired and trust can be restored.
Our providers help couples improve communication and increase their emotional and physical connection. We utilize several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy to help clients meet their relationship goals.
Psychological Assessment
Aspire Behavioral Health provides both cognitive and personality assessment services. Assessments are based upon a specific referral question, which may come from physicians, schools/universities, or clients themselves. Aspire Behavioral Health is able to provide personality testing for diagnostic clarity. We are also able to provide cognitive assessment including intelligence and achievement testing. Finally, we provide assessment for readiness for bariatric surgery, transplant evaluations, and living organ donations. Assessments vary in length based upon the referral question. Upon completion of an evaluation, a full report with scores, diagnoses, and recommendations will be reviewed with the client and provided to the referral source.
We do not currently provide any type of forensic assessment, custody evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, or neuropsychological assessments.
The only way out is through.
