Jessica R. Beadel, Ph.D.

Jessica R.. Beadel, Ph.D.

Dr. Beadel is a Clinical Psychologist who is an expert in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Dr. Beadel earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with high distinction from the University of Virginia and was a psychology research assistant at Yale University. She received her master’s degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia, which is consistently recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top programs in the United States for clinical psychology.  

Dr. Beadel also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Cincinnati/Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center under the supervision and mentorship of Dr. Kathleen Chard, one of the creators of Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. Dr. Beadel has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, the Unified Protocol, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy, and more.

Dr. Beadel is an active research scientist and has co-authored numerous research manuscripts and book chapters related to factors contributing to the development and maintenance of anxiety and enhancement of treatments for anxiety. She has delivered invited talks on topics ranging from treatment for PTSD to resilience enhancement. Dr. Beadel has also been interviewed by local and national news outlets, such as TIME and U.S. News and World Report, and served as a consultant to writers based on her expertise in anxiety.

Dr. Beadel is licensed in Ohio and Indiana.

Timothy Alldredge, LPCC-S

Timothy Alldredge, LPCC-S

Tim is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor endorsement. He completed his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University.  

Tim has become a recognized provider of treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder in the greater Dayton area, and is frequently contacted for treatment based on referrals from past clients and other providers. Tim has additional expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, anger and intimate partner violence, couples counseling, and adjustment to life stressors including divorce, death of a loved one, job loss, etc.  

Tim has worked as an executive leader and clinical director in community mental health and has experience treating individuals across the lifespan and across gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, religion, and ability status. Tim is also a respected clinical supervisor and has trained dozens of clinicians in the practice of evidence-based psychotherapy.

Tim is a United States Veteran who served 10 years in the Navy and six years in the Army. He completed two combat tours in Iraq. His experiences in the military inspired him to become a counselor and to be a strong advocate against the stigma of mental illness.
