Fees and Insurance

We understand that cost is an important factor when considering a therapist. Our providers operate under a self-pay model and are out-of-network with insurance providers. By not working directly with insurance companies, we are able to offer our clients enhanced privacy related to their diagnosis and other information required by insurance companies. It also removes any limitations on frequency and duration of treatment imposed by insurance companies.

If you have health insurance and want to utilize your benefits, your services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance carrier. Please contact your insurance carrier for further information about out-of-network outpatient mental health services. In some cases, insurance companies request a “super bill” from out-of-network providers, and our providers would be pleased to provide you with that statement upon request.

Rates

 Service fees vary among our providers. Initial diagnostic evaluations range from $175-$250. Individual therapy sessions ranging from 45 to 60 minutes are between $140-$200 based on duration of session and provider.  Please contact us for further information about service fees.

Payment

Aspire Behavioral Health accepts payment at the time of service. Methods of payment include cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
